Okla. Admin. Code § 150:45-1-5 - Eligibility certification; allocation of funds
(a) The requirements for eligibility
certification consist of:
(1) The annual
submission of organic documents such as Articles of Association, Incorporation
or Trust documents;
(2) The
resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the organization accepting some
or all of the responsibilities and functions described at
150:45-1-4 under
"Annual Work Programs";
(3) An
approved one (1) year work program in the form prescribed by the Department;
and,
(4) Board certified
documentation demonstrating that at least two-thirds (2/3) of the voting
membership of the substate planning district board is composed of elected
officials of conservation districts, incorporated towns, cities, or counties
within the planning jurisdiction, or the designees of said officials.
(b) Eligibility certification
shall be considered fulfilled upon submission and approval to and by the
Department of:
(1) All materials required in
150:45-1-5(a), and
(2)
Certification that the substate planning district will not solicit business
that is provided by private management consultant professionals.
(c) The Oklahoma State Legislature
shall set the allocation of funds to all substate planning districts in the
Department's annual appropriation bill.
