Okla. Admin. Code § 150:45-5-2 - Program violations
Any of the following circumstances indicates a violation of program procedures and policies:
(1)
Notice by the Department that violations have resulted in substantial
non-compliance or non-conformance with regard to the funded contract of a
substate planning district; or
(2)
Knowingly providing false information in the request for qualification process
or in project reports; or
(3)
Failure to comply with federal or state statutes or the rules of the
department; or
(4) Significant
deviation from the grant contract; or
(5) Expenditure of State Appropriated Funds
project funds in a contractually prohibited or unlawful manner.
