Okla. Admin. Code § 160:50-1-1.1 - Severability
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
