Okla. Admin. Code § 160:50-13-1 - Medical examinations

In any circumstance in which the physical ability of a health spa member is in question, and the member wishes to cancel the contract or membership agreement pursuant to the Act, no health spa shall attempt, in any way, to require the member to pay for the medical examination the health spa may require in that regard. At the time the request by the health spa is made, the health spa shall, in writing, state that the health spa shall pay all examination costs. Any health spa which requires such a medical examination shall take sufficient steps to ensure the member shall not be obligated to pay for the examination [59:2004(3)]
