Okla. Admin. Code § 310:663-5-5 - Use of assessment
The assisted living center shall use the results of the resident's assessment for the following:
(1) to assist in determining the
appropriateness of the resident's placement in the assisted living center in
compliance with 310:663-3; and
(2)
to develop a care plan for the resident, in consultation with the
resident.
