Okla. Admin. Code § 325:10-1-6 - Duty of licensed organization
Each organization shall observe and enforce the rules. The license is granted on the condition that the organization, its officials, its employees and its concessionaires shall obey all decisions and orders of the Commission. The organization shall not allow any wagering within the enclosure of the racing facility which might be construed as being in violation of the Laws of the State of Oklahoma. Each organization shall have a continuing duty to report to the Commission, Law Enforcement Division any violation of the Rules or applicable Laws of the State of Oklahoma by the organization, its officials, its employees or other occupational licensees, and its concessionaires. Failure to report violations will result in disciplinary action against the organization.
