Okla. Admin. Code § 325:90-3-2 - Security and Surveillance Logs
(a) The
Racetrack Gaming Operator Licensee shall maintain a surveillance log(s)
approved by the Commission's Director of Law Enforcement. The log(s) shall be
maintained by surveillance room personnel in the surveillance room. The
Commission's Law Enforcement Division staff and other Commission staff
authorized by the Director of Law Enforcement shall have access at all times to
the log(s). A log(s) entry shall be made in the surveillance log(s) of each
surveillance activity. The following information shall be recorded in the
surveillance log(s):
(1) the names of all
Persons entering or exiting the surveillance room;
(2) a summary, including the date and time
each surveillance activity commenced and terminated;
(3) record of any equipment or camera
malfunctions;
(4) description of
the activity observed or performed; and
(5) any additional information as required by
the Commission's Director of Law Enforcement or Gaming Agent.
(b) The Racetrack Gaming Operator
Licensee shall maintain a security log of any and all unusual occurrences for
which the assignment of a security department employee is made. Each incident,
without regard to materiality, shall be assigned a sequential number and an
entry made in the log(s) containing, at a minimum, the following information:
(1) the assignment number;
(2) the date of the incident;
(3) the time of the incident;
(4) the location of the incident;
(5) the nature of the incident;
(6) the Person(s) involved in the incident;
and
(7) the security department
employee(s) assigned.
