Okla. Admin. Code § 325:90-3-3 - Storage and retrieval of surveillance recordings
(a) All surveillance recordings shall be
retained for at least seven days, unless these Rules provide otherwise, and
shall be listed on a log by surveillance personnel with the date, times, and
identification of the Person monitoring or changing the tape or other recording
medium in the recorder. Original surveillance recordings will be released to
the Commission's Law Enforcement Division upon demand.
(b) Any surveillance recording of illegal or
suspected illegal activity shall, upon completion of the tape or other
recording medium, be removed from the recorder and etched or otherwise labeled
in a manner as approved by the Commission's Director of Law Enforcement with
date, time and identity of surveillance personnel. The recordings shall be
placed in a separate, secure area and notification given to the Commission's
Law Enforcement Division.
(c) All
surveillance recordings relating to the following shall be retained in a secure
area approved by the Commission Director of Law Enforcement for at least 15
days and shall be listed on a log maintained by surveillance personnel:
(1) all count room areas;
(2) the vault area;
(3) all credit and fill slip confirmation
recordings; and
(4) any areas with
cashiers or where the patrons go to cash out vouchers.
