Okla. Admin. Code § 35:1-7-1 - Opportunity for rulemaking hearing
(a) The
Board shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Administrative
Procedures Act of Title 75, Section
250 et
seq. of the Oklahoma Statutes.
(b)
Any interested person may petition the Board requesting the promulgation,
amendment, or repeal of a rule. The petition shall be filed with the Board and
shall set forth in writing, clearly and concisely, all matters pertaining to
the requested action and the reasons for the request.
