Okla. Admin. Code § 35:1-9-25 - Orders
(a) Proposed final administrative orders
shall be prepared and issued in accordance with the Administrative Procedures
Act and presented to the Board of Agriculture for approval.
(b) Administrative penalties, civil
penalties, and other fines imposed by the Board shall be enforced pursuant to
the procedure outlined in 2 O.S. §
2-7(B)
and the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, 12 O.S. §
719 et
seq.
