Okla. Admin. Code § 35:40-23-3 - Applicant eligibility
(a) Applicants
eligible for membership into the Made in Oklahoma program shall grow, process,
or manufacture a product or provide a service within the state of
Oklahoma.
(b) Eligibility may be
given to those applicants who are in compliance with other state and federal
agencies.
