Okla. Admin. Code § 35:44-1-38 - Water quality applications - Tier I
The following water quality authorizations require Tier I applications:
(1) New, modified or
renewed authorization under a general permit, except authorization pursuant to
a concentrated animal feeding operations general permit.
(2) Transfer of discharge permit considered
minor pursuant to
40 CFR
122.63(d).
(3) Minor modification of discharge permit or
of an authorization pursuant to a general permit.
(4) Administrative amendment of permits or
other authorizations for the correction of administrative or typographical
errors.
