Okla. Admin. Code § 35:44-1-41 - Permit duration
(a) Any permit
issued pursuant to these rules shall not exceed a duration of five (5)
years.
(b) The conditions of an
expired permit shall continue in force until the effective date of a new permit
or until a notice of termination is submitted, whichever comes first.
