Okla. Admin. Code § 765:1-1-8 - Public inspection of records
(a) All
rules and other written statements of policy or interpretations formulated,
adopted, or used by the Commission in the discharge of its functions, and all
final orders, decisions, and opinions will be made available for public
inspection at the Commission's principal office during regular office
hours.
(b) Financial Statements
submitted to the Commission as part of an application for a license shall not
be deemed public records. Social Security numbers and Driver's License numbers
shall not be public records.
