Or. Admin. R. 340-105-0013 - Contents of Part A of the Permit Application
In addition to the requirements of 40 CFR 270.13, Part Aof the permit application shall include applicable requirements of Division 120 and a statement of compatibility with the acknowledged local comprehensive plan and zoning requirements or the Land Conservation and Development Commission's Statewide Planning Goals.
