Or. Admin. R. 629-001-0003 - Definitions
The following words, when used in this division shall mean the following unless otherwise required by context:
(1) "Board" means the State Board of
Forestry.
(2) "State Forester"
means the State Forester or the duly authorized representative of the State
Forester.
