Or. Admin. R. 839-014-0105 - Procedure for Renewing Indorsement
(1) Indorsement shall expire with the
farm/forest contractor's license each year unless sooner revoked.
(2) Applications for renewal shall be made 30
days before the expiration date of the license by filing a renewal application,
paying the appropriate fees, and filing proof of financial ability to pay wages
and certain advances.
(3)
Applications, fees and other forms and documents must be filed with the Bureau
of Labor and Industries, Wage and Hour Division, Farm Labor Unit, 3865
Wolverine Street, NE, Bldg. E-1, Salem, OR 97305.
