program, and are individually registered in a bona fide apprenticeship program
registered with:

Labor, Office of Apprenticeship (OA); or
(b) A state apprenticeship agency recognized
by the OA; or
(c) If a person is
employed in probationary employment as an apprentice in such an apprenticeship
program, who is not individually registered in the program, but who has been

journeymen in any craft classification must conform to the apprenticeship

prescribed in that program. The commissioner has prepared a form,
WH-120, which can be used by contractors or subcontractors in
complying with this rule. Use of this form is optional.
