Or. Admin. R. 859-200-0030 - Jurisdiction of Persons under the PSRB; Jurisdictional Criteria
(1) The Board has
jurisdiction over persons committed by a court as extremely dangerous persons
with mental illness and who continue to meet jurisdictional criteria.
(2) Jurisdictional criteria are
the criteria necessary for a person to remain under the Board's jurisdiction
and include the following:
(a) The person
suffers from a mental disorder that is resistant to treatment; and
(b) The person continues to be extremely
dangerous.
