(1) All
hearings and administrative meetings of the PSRB are open to the public in
accordance with the Public Meetings Law; the deliberations of the Board are not
open to the public. For the purposes of deliberations of the Board, the term
"public" does not include employees of the PSRB.
(2) Administrative reviews consist of
deliberations only and are therefore not open to the public.
