Or. Admin. R. 859-200-0055 - Notice of Hearings; Administrative Reviews
Written notice shall be given to the following persons or entities within a reasonable time prior to any hearing:
(1) The person;
(2) The person's attorney, if represented;
(3) The office of the district
attorney of the committing county, or its designee;
(4) The community mental health provider or
PSRB case manager, if the person is on conditional release or being proposed
for conditional release;
(5) The
victim, if the court or Board finds the victim requests notification;
(6) Hospital staff, if the person
resides at an Oregon Health Authority hospital;
(7) The county mental health agency in the
county where the person resides if the person is on conditional release; and
(8) The office of the district
attorney of the county in which the person resides.
