Or. Admin. Code § 170-002-0125 - Intermediate Procurements
(1)
Generally. For procurements of Goods or Services greater than $25,000 and less
than $250,000, the Treasurer may award a Contract as an intermediate
procurement pursuant to ORS
279B.070.
(2) Negotiations. The Treasurer may negotiate
with a prospective Contractor who responds to an intermediate procurement to
clarify its Offer or to effect modifications that will make the Offer more
advantageous to the Treasurer.
(3)
Amendments. The Treasurer may amend a Contract awarded as an intermediate
procurement. However, cumulative amendments to one Contract may not increase
the total Contract price to a sum that exceeds the higher dollar amount stated
in ORS 279B.070 or one hundred
twenty-five percent (125%) of the original Contract price, whichever is
greater.
