Or. Admin. Code § 333-035-0175 - Health Care Interpreter Services

A hospice program shall comply with ORS 413.559 and OAR 950-050-0160 to provide health care interpreting services as defined in OAR 950-050-0010 to a patient who prefers to communicate in a language other than English.
