(1) Pursuant to OAR
436-035-0020(3),
the ratings in this section are hand values. Abduction and adduction of the
carpometacarpal joint of the thumb are associated with the ability to extend
and flex. This association has been taken into consideration in establishing
the percentages of impairment.

The following ratings are for loss of flexion (adduction) of the
