101 Pa. Code § 15.82 - General repeal
(a)
Use. A general repeal provision serves no useful purpose
except possibly at the end of a list of specific repeals, where it may serve to
prevent the application of the rule of "expressio unius est exclusio alterius"
to a provision inadvertently not specifically cited for repeal.
(b)
Form. A general repeal
provision is usually in the following form:
"All acts and parts of acts are repealed in so far as they are inconsistent herewith."
