101 Pa. Code § 15.83 - Partial repeal
(a)
Use. A partial repeal is a repeal "as to" a specified agency
or activity. The form "as much as relates to" or "as much as requires" or other
similar indefinite expressions seeming to describe specific parts of the
statute for absolute repeal should not be used.
(b)
Form. A partial repeal
provision is usually in the following form:
"The act of May 4, 1864 (P. L. 776, No. 668), entitled 'A further supplement to an act to enable the Governor to appoint notaries public, and for other purposes therein mentioned,' is repealed as to notaries."
