22 Pa. Code § 14.152 - Child find, public awareness and screening
(a) Each early intervention agency shall
adopt and use a system to locate and identify eligible young children and young
children thought to be eligible who reside within the boundary served by the
early intervention agency.
(b) Each
early intervention agency shall conduct awareness activities to inform the
public of early intervention services and programs and the manner by which to
request these services and programs.
(c) Each early intervention agency shall
provide annual public notification, published or announced in newspapers or
other media, or both, with circulation adequate to notify parents throughout
the area served by the agency of child identification activities and of the
procedures followed to ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to
eligible young children in accordance with this chapter.
