231 Pa. Code r. 2981 - Definitions. Conformity to Civil Action
(a) As used in this chapter
"Act" means Act No. 6 of 1974, approved January 30, 1974, 41 P. S. § 101 et seq. or Act No. 7, approved October 28, 1966 (Special Session No.1), as amended by the Act of March 25, 1982, No. 68, 69 P. S. § 1101 et seq.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in this
chapter, the procedure shall be in accordance with the rules relating to a
civil action.
