25 Pa. Code § 297.107 - Soil and groundwater monitoring plan
(a) If required by the Department, the
applicant shall submit a groundwater monitoring plan to detect groundwater
degradation from background levels at the facility.
(b) If required by the Department, the
applicant shall submit a soil monitoring plan to detect soil contamination from
the facility.
