25 Pa. Code § 298.71 - Prohibitions
A waste oil fuel marketer may initiate a shipment of off-specification waste oil only to a waste oil burner which:
(1) Has an identification number.
(2) Burns the waste oil in an industrial
furnace or boiler identified in §
298.61(a)
(relating to restrictions on burning).
