31 Pa. Code § 51.27 - Renewability or cancellability
(a)
An advertisement may not represent or imply that a contract may be continued in
effect indefinitely or for a period of time, when the contract contains
provisions for nonrenewal or cancellation by the company, or may be terminated
under any circumstances over which the insured has no control, during the
period of time represented.
(b) An
advertisement which refers to renewability, cancellability or termination of a
contract shall disclose provisions or qualifying conditions relating to
renewability, cancellability and termination and may not minimize or render
obscure applicable modification of benefits, coverage or premiums which may
result for any reason.
