The following annual nonrefundable license fees shall accompany each application for a license or the renewal of a license:

Promoter's license................	$100
Matchmaker's license...........	$ 50
Physician's license................	$ 40
Referee's license...................	$ 35
Manager's license..................	$ 60
Judge's license......................	$ 35
Timekeeper's license............	$ 25
Announcer's license..............	$ 20
Professional boxer's license........	$ 22
Trainer's license...................	$ 20
Second's License...............	$ 20
