58 Pa. Code § 51.106 - Procedure in lieu of hearing
(a)
When for any reason a hearing is not held with regard to forfeiture, the entire
written file on the case shall be submitted to the Commission, which will
review the matter and make a final determination as to its disposition. The
action of the Commission is considered the final agency action.
(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code
§
35.226 (relating to final
orders).
