58 Pa. Code § 63.21 - Designation of fishing regulations
(a)
The following regulations are designated under section 2102(a) of the code
(relating to rules and regulations) as being for the protection of fish or fish
habitat or for the health and safety of persons who fish:
(1) Section
63.9 (relating to snatch fishing,
foul hooking and snag fishing).
(2)
Section 65.23 (relating to special
restrictions on polluted zones).
(3) Section
67.2 (relating to refuge
areas).
(4) Section
63.5 (relating to methods of
fishing).
(b) Section
63.16 (relating to fishing in the
vicinity of fishways) is designated under section 3507 of the code (relating to
protection of fish near dams) as being for the protection of fish near dams.
