Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards
for the identifying signs required to be placed on both sides of commercial
wreckers by
75 Pa.C.S. §

(relating to identification of certain vehicles).
(b)
Authority. This chapter
is authorized under
75 Pa.C.S. §
6103(a) (relating to
promulgation of rules and regulations by department).
