67 Pa. Code § 63.92 - Replacement of credentials
(a)
Application. If a Pennsylvania apportioned registration plate or cab card is defaced, lost, or stolen: the carrier shall apply for a replacement on the appropriate form furnished by the Department, accompanied by the fee provided in this chapter.
(b)
Replacement at transfer. Application for replacement of a lost or stolen registration plate will not be accepted with a registration transfer application unless the cab card is surrendered with the supplemental registration application required in §
63.35 (relating to changes in apportionable vehicle fleets).
(c)
Cab cards. Application for replacement of a lost cab card will not be accepted at the time a supplemental registration application is filed under §
63.35.
