7 Pa. Code § 23.11 - Grant cancellation
(a) A
grant may be cancelled by the Department upon a determination that the funds
are not being properly utilized. In the event of cancellation of the grant, a
financial accounting of revenue and expenditures shall be submitted to the
Department by the grant recipient no later than 30 days after the cancellation
date.
(b) Within 15 days of the
date of notice of a cancellation, the grant recipient shall have the right to
give written notice of appeal to the Secretary who shall fix a date for hearing
of the recipient's appeal.
