A. These
Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate Dietary Reference Intakes: The
Essential Guide to Nutrient Requirements, National Academies Press, 2006, by
reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to
the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these
Regulations.
B. These Regulations
hereby adopt and incorporate ANSI A117.1 - 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings
and Facilities, International Code Council, 2009 by reference, not including
any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the
provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.
C. These Regulations hereby adopt and
incorporate Kroger, Andrew, et al. "General Recommendations on Immunization:
Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP),"
Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report Recommendations and Reports, vol. 60, no.
RR02, 2011, https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/rr6002a1.htm,
by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only
to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these
Regulations.
