S.C. Code Regs. 20-27.64 - Maintenance of Order; Responsibility
(1) Promoters will be held responsible for
maintaining order. Any person who is intoxicated, abusive or disorderly in
conduct, to the annoyance of surrounding spectators, may be ejected.
(2) Promoters must supply security with a
minimum of one Commissioned police officer based upon the seating capacity for
the particular event so that order and security may be maintained and all laws
and regulations enforced.
