S.C. Code Regs. 20-27.67 - Filing of Mixed Martial Arts Contracts; Secret Agreements
(1) Upon the request of the Commission,
copies of all mixed martial arts contracts between or among any participants
must be filed with the Commission at the designated time before the
event.
(2) The making of secret
agreements contrary to the terms of the filed contracts is prohibited under
penalty of suspension of all parties thereto.
