S.C. Code Regs. 20-9.2 - Verbal or Physical Abuse of Commissioner or Commission Representative
Verbal or physical abuse of any Commissioner, the Commission Representative or any person representing the Commission shall be a violation of the act establishing this Commission and shall be subject to the penalties authorized in Sections40-1-10 et. seq., 40-81-120, and 40-81-130 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
