S.C. Code Regs. § 27-176 - Bulk Commercial Fertilizers

Warehouses for the storage of bulk commercial fertilizers (dry or liquids) will
be listed by each registrant as subsidiaries of his plant operations. The
registrants will be responsible for the entire operation, including an
adequately built warehouse, proper labeling of bins or tanks and an adequate
record-keeping system, all of which will be subject to approval by the Board or
its authorized representatives.
2.
The drivers of all bulk trucks or transports shall at all times have in their
possession an invoice showing the name and county of the consignee, the
analysis and tons or fraction thereof of the mixture. Where the transport
contains more than one compartment, each compartment, shall be separately
labeled as to the contents of same.
