S.C. Code Regs. 40-12 - Complaints
(A) Complaints
shall be filed and processed in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 40 and the
Administrative Procedures Act, South Carolina Code of Laws 1976, as
amended.
(B) Anyone may complain to
the panel alleging that a person has committed an action prohibited by this
section.
