S.C. Code Regs. 67-1306 - Medical Advisory Committees
A. The Commission may convene advisory
committees to make recommendations to the Commission on medical matters such as
medical payment systems, rate setting methodology or other medical policy
issues.
B. The advisory committees
are convened at the Commission's discretion.
