S.C. Code Regs. 67-204 - Completing Forms
A. A
person filing a form with the Commission shall complete each information blank
on the form. Each form shall contain the W.C.C. file number and the employer's
FEIN, if known.
B. The Commission
may return an incomplete form to the sender with an explanation of its
deficiency.
