S.C. Code Regs. 67-606 - Employee's Wage Determination
A.
The average weekly wage and compensation rate is an issue for determination at
the hearing unless stipulated by the parties.
B. The employer's representative shall
prepare, file, and serve a Form 20 according to R.67-1603.
