S.C. Code Regs. § 93-240 - Hearing Procedure
A. The Department
may initiate an investigation as provided in South Carolina Code Ann. Section
40-1-80. A copy of
the charges, together with notice of the time and place of the hearing, shall
be served on the accused by certified mail directed to his address as recorded
in the Board's files at least thirty days before the date fixed for the
hearing.
B. Upon conclusion of the
hearing, the Board may revoke the license of the accused, may suspend the
license for a fixed period of time, may reprimand or take other disciplinary
action, issue an order of suspension containing provisions concerning
reinstatement of the license, or may dismiss the charges.
