State Register, Volume 31, Issue No. 6, Document No. 3093, eff June 22, 2007, provides in part as follows: ''Proposed regulation will replace and supersede Chapter 38, Article 3, Subarticle 7, Driver Schools, which was promulgated by the Department of Public Safety. Administration of the regulation has been transferred to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The proposed regulation will place the responsibility for administering Driver Training Schools under the proper regulatory authority.'
