S.D. Admin. R. 20:14:05:08.01 - Educational requirements for state-certified general appraiser - General education
Applicants for the state-certified general appraiser credential must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
The college or university must be a degree-granting institution accredited by the Commission on Colleges, a regional or national accreditation association, or by an accredited agency that is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.
