S.D. Admin. R. 44:05:02:01 - Application for license - Fee

A person or entity that desires to operate an ambulance service must obtain a ground or air ambulance license. The person or entity must submit a completed application at least 30 days before the expected date of operation when applying for a new license or at least 30 days before the expiration of an existing license. A fee of $12 must accompany the application.
